Service Involvement Groups

These are forums for carers with an interest in specific areas of the Carers Matter Norfolk service, for example, the Advice Line or Community Support. It is an opportunity for carers to get involved in shaping their delivery and ongoing development. This might include looking at quality and performance issues (including celebrating best practice or identifying gaps) or deciding on how to flexibly adjust the way the service is delivered to respond to the changing needs of carers.

These groups also feedback and make suggestions to the Performance and Development Group.  Membership is open and not fixed (Carers can attend all meetings or drop in and out as suits their circumstances). All meetings are from 10.30am – 12.30pm.
