A new advice line service to support unpaid carers across Norfolk has received 5 star reviews and recognition through independent feedback via Healthwatch Norfolk.

Less than 6 months since after it launched, Carers Matter Norfolk is growing in its service delivery and recognition, based on feedback and reviews by unpaid carers, through its unique, carer-led support.

Feedback from one independent carer was:

Putting carers at the heart of everything they do in their support, the Carers Matter Norfolk advice line does not time-limit calls and dedicate themselves to each case. It also provides counselling support free to carers.
