OutRunning is a new partnership programme delivered in conjunction with Norfolk and Waveney Mind, Norfolk Library and Information Service, Broadland District Council and Active Norfolk to help people with mild to moderate mental health conditions improve their wellbeing through physical activity, be more active, socialise and feel better.

We are starting a new free activity, based in Hellesdon Library: a run-for-fun, set-your-own goals group led by a qualified coach with plenty of outdoors exercise followed by a cup of tea or coffee and a friendly get-together in the Library.
We will help local people to start running, with support for their emotional health, even if they have no previous running experience.
Please get in touch with Sam at outrunning@norfolkandwaveneymind.org.uk or Paul at paul.taylor@norfolk.gov.uk for an informal chat if you would like to find out more.
