Norfolk County Council is reviewing its website pages regarding care across the county. With the help of an online survey they will endeavour to improve the design of the pages in question as well as the information available.

If you are an unpaid carer looking after a friend or family member then Norfolk County Council want to hear from YOU!

NCC said of the survey: ‘It is vital that we hear from people that use these pages to help us get this right. ‘

Therefore if you have any feedback or recommendations to make in order to make the pages more helpful and accessible to carers then please do take part in the online survey.

Norfolk County Council are also looking for people to take part in an exercise exploring how you might like the information about care on their website to be organised. You will find more details and an invite to take part in the exercise at the end of the survey.

Please do take this opportunity to shape the way in which information is provided to carers and to help other people in a similar situation.
