Brand-new digital health stations have been installed in Tesco Extra King’s Lynn and Asda Great Yarmouth, enabling you to receive fast and free updates on your health.
The health stations provide a fully automated mini health assessment in under five minutes. You can get readings such as blood pressure, heart rate, height, weight and BMI. As a carer these are all important to monitor to ensure you look after your own health.
