A member of the Norfolk Citizens Advice team will contact you to arrange your support, during this contact other Norfolk Citizens Advice services may be suggested and referred to if it felt more appropriate.
If Norfolk Citizens Advice are unable to contact you after making two phone calls, they will send a letter or email informing that the referral will not progress, but you will be able to refer yourself to Norfolk Citizens Advice at a time that is convenient to you.
