If you are, Carers Voice Norfolk and Waveney are inviting you to the online launch of the Carers Identity Passport on Carers Rights Day on Thursday 24th November, 2pm – 3pm.

The Carers Identity Passport has been produced working with carers and staff across the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated System. The passport will enable carers who have a real understanding of the needs of the person they care for, to feel recognised, valued and respected by staff within healthcare settings.
