Do you care for a family member or friend who is living with Dementia and enjoy being out in the countryside?
MONUMENT and the Green Light Trust are offering you a free outdoor woodland activity session on the beautiful grounds of Strumpshaw Fen in Norfolk.
Join them for a relaxed session on:
- practical woodland skills
- Coppicing
- fire lighting
- campfire lunch
- learning about the woodlands, animals and plants.
The taster sessions are on either Friday 11 March or Friday 18 March, 10am – 3pm.
You are welcome to stay for the whole duration of the session or just an hour or two depending on your availability. However, they do ask that you start at 10am. Lunch will be provided.
