Monument at Norfolk County Council and Gorleston Library invite you and the family member or friend you care for to monthly support sessions at the library.
You are welcome to go along and sit and chat and have a cuppa and take part in activities if you wish.
The session includes a slipper swap – swap your old slippers for a free new pair.
The Dementia Support Group takes place at Gorleston Library on the last Wednesday of every month from 10am – 12pm.
- 30th March – Reflective portraits and poems
- 27th April – Mindful painting, flower pots and mini canvas
- 25th May – Decorative rocks
- 29th June – Celebrating the Queen’s Jubilee with crafts and afternoon tea
