Carers Headspace is a free support group for those who take care of someone impacted by brain injury, which has been caused by, but not limited to, stroke, road traffic accidents, tumours and trips and falls.
When a family member or someone close to you has a brain injury it can put a great strain on relationships and day to day life. Carers Headspace is an opportunity to meet others who may experience similar challenges.
We have groups in Norwich and Great Yarmouth. As a charity, we access the need of our clients and those we support and are always looking to start groups in other locations if there is a demand for it.
Please get in contact if you would like more information.
Our Norwich Carers Headspace session runs the 4th Thursday of every month, 1-3pm at Charing Cross Centre.
Our Great Yarmouth Headspace session runs once a month on a Tuesday, 11am-12:30pm at The Kings Centre.
