Holt & District Dementia Support Poppy Cafe

Open 10.30 am - 12.30 pm Every Tuesday and Friday morning, except for the 1st Friday in the month. We offer: Support, social contact and friendship. Wide selection of activities and visits from health care professionals. Carers may leave if they wish, enabling them to have a short period of respite.
