Carers Rights Day

Thursday 20th November is Carers Rights Day.

It’s a national day dedicated to making sure unpaid carers are aware of their rights and can use these. Did you know that if the person you usually care for has been in hospital, you have the right to be consulted and involved before they are discharged from hospital? This includes asking you if you still feel able to provide care for them at home.
