Dementia Fayre

For carers looking after a family member or friend with dementia, here is an event not to be missed.

Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is holding a Dementia Fayre in the East Atrium and Benjamin Gooch Lecture Theatre on Thursday 14 May (10am-4pm).

There will be stands from charities, voluntary groups and partner organisations providing information and advice.

In the lecture theatre, there will be guest speakers throughout the day, including Dirck Geary on his own experience of living with dementia, Professor Michael Hornberger on driving and dementia, Carers’ Voice on carers’ rights and available support, and Dr Naoko Kishita on research into using online acceptance and commitment therapy for carers.
