Getting back into work

Working Well Norfolk is a new initiative to support unpaid carers where your role is a barrier to getting into work or making it difficult to stay in work.

The service offers personalised, one-to-one help and works with Norfolk businesses to find jobs that match your experience and skills, balanced with the needs of your caring role.
Carers Voice Norfolk and Waveney are working with this service to raise awareness of unpaid carers and their transferrable skills, as well as challenges faced and how organisations are able to support carers within the workplace
