Many homes in Norfolk rely on heating oil for heating and hot water, the Iran conflict has led to spiralling costs in the price of the fuel.

As heating oil is not covered by the energy price cap, you may well have been affected by the immediate price hike and be struggling to cope.

The government is putting in place a package of support that may help you if you’re eligible for support. From 1 April, local authorities will be able to provide support through the new Crisis and Resilience Fund.
