Shop in comfort

Fancy heading into Norwich city centre for a spot of shopping, but concerned about getting around due to limited mobility?

Date posted 27 April 2026

You may find it easier to get around by borrowing a mobility aid from Equal Lives Shopmobility for free.

Located on Level -1 (car park) of the Chantry Place Shopping Centre, you can borrow a mobility scooter, wheelchair, or powerchair for a few hours and use within a one-mile radius of the site.

All you need to do is pop in with some ID and register as a member. You can then use Equal Lives Shopmobility services when you need to, within their working hours.
