The West Norfolk Stroke Recovery Service provides practical support and information after a stroke.

A Stroke Support Coordinator can work with you to identify what matters most to you so they can best support you throughout your recovery. This service, provided by the Stroke Association, is for anyone who’s had a stroke (including TIAs/mini-strokes), and their carers.
