There are several organisations in Norfolk who can help point you in the right direction, including:

• Norfolk Warm Homes – Provide Government-funded grants to make your home more energy-efficient.
• Norfolk County Council: Money and Benefits – Local advice on financial support.
• Caring Together Charity: Carer Money Matters – Local financial information aimed at unpaid carers, including budgeting support and benefits checks.
• If you receive suspicious messages about energy grants or bill support, do not share any personal details with the sender and instead report to Report Fraud (formerly Action Fraud).
