The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals carers survey is now available for carers. It has been developed for carers to share their experiences of accessing the hospital and its services. The hospitals will be using the responses received to inform the actions they will take as a Trust to improve the experience of carers at the hospitals; they aspire to improve the identification of carers and the support they offer them here at the Trust. They have produced a short video detailing why we are launching this survey which you can watch at https://youtu.be/UMEYaMIO9lM.

The survey is open until 14 January 2022.
Paper copies of the survey can be provided to carers or organisations who may be able to distribute these surveys to carers that they support – please just email Patient.Experience@nnuh.nhs.uk if you would like to be sent paper copies (which are provided with pre-paid envelopes).
