Sibs, the charity for brothers and sisters of disabled children and adults, has an exciting new Sibling Respite project.
The project is for siblings aged 18 or over who are carers for their brother or sister who is autistic.
The project offers carers who lives in the UK an opportunity to meet others, share experiences and try something new.
Carers can choose from the following opportunities.
- The wellbeing retreat: Join them for a weekend retreat in the midlands, packed with yoga, mindfulness, creative workshops and sibling support sessions.
- The discovery course: Explore new skills and meet other siblings in an eight-week online course, including creative writing, clay, laughter yoga, life coaching, mindfulness, painting and much more.
- The self-care project: From the comfort of your own home and at your own pace, you can enjoy a special hamper from Sibs including a sibling book, guided mindfulness exercises and treats to pamper yourself with.
