Norfolk County Council and Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service are running free events at libraries in Fakenham, Poringland, Downham Market, Swaffham, Hellesdon and Great Yarmouth in October to test electric blankets, heated throws and small portable heaters for safety. Simply bring your item to be tested.
