Research is being carried out by the University of East Anglia into whether online support is helpful in improving your psychological wellbeing.
The research is a large trial testing looking at internet delivered self-help Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for family carers of people with dementia. This is called iACT4CARERS.
iACT4CARERS focuses on helping people to manage difficult or troubling thoughts and feelings, while still trying to do activities that really matter to them.
To find out more you can visit the website at iact4carers.com, send an email to iact4carers.study@uea.ac.uk or read more on the University of East Anglia website at www.uea.ac.uk/about/school-of-health-sciences/research/projects/acceptance-and-commitment-therapy.
