The technology that we currently use to make landline phone calls is being upgraded over the next few years and will soon be delivered over digital technology, called Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).

If you use a Lifeline or care alarm at home – for you or the person you care for – this technology may need to be replaced or reconfigured to continue working. Let your provider know if you need help with the changeover. For more information click here
