Norfolk County Council’s community travel service helps eligible adults get to vital health, social and wellbeing services. Volunteer drivers provide a door-to-door service. The service is available to adults who meet set criteria including that they have specific health or social needs but aren’t eligible for free transport, are unable to use or access public transport, receive mobility allowance and can access the vehicle and destinations unaided. Carers are welcome to travel with the person they are supporting.
