Do you care for a family member or friend? Would you like to join others in a similar situation for a carers right day event?

Carers Voice Norfolk and Waveney invite you to their Carers Rights Day online event on Wednesday 23rd November, 1.30pm – 3.30pm, the day before Carers Rights Day.

Carers Rights Day, held every year, raises awareness of the needs and rights of carers and where they can get help and support.

The free event open to all carers will include:

  • Information about Carers Assessments
  • Tips and techniques for self care using Indian Head Massage
  • Fun activities including a game of Countdown.

There will also be a prize raffle during the event where attendees will have the chance to win a £10 voucher.
