Two free events are being held by MONUMENT in collaboration with The Nancy Oldfield Trust to give carers, family and friends of people living with dementia a chance to relax, laugh and try a new skill.
The Boating For Everyone sessions on Mondays 18 and 25 October will take place on the beautiful waterways of Barton Broad. There opportunities will include a Bass sailing boat, pedal boats, and canoes.
Help and guidance will be given and you should dress comfortably for the weather conditions.
The events will be held at Irstead Road, Neatishead, NR12 8BJ
Arrive at 10.15am with the sessions lasting 2 – 2.5 hours
