No Panic

No Panic is a mental health charity that helps people recover from anxiety disorders and other related mental health issues through crisis support helplines and cognitive behavioural therapy services. They do this through two main projects; their youth project and their main helpline and therapy service. They also offer support for carers, family and schools and businesses.
