Are you interested in finding out what the Triangle of Care is and how it relates to your caring role?

All will be explained at a Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust online event on Friday 26 November, 2pm-4pm.

The event which is part of Carers Rights Day will be held online using Teams and feature a carer story and information on carers rights, where to get support and young carers.
