Are you caring for a family member or friend and live in the Norwich area? Why not come along to the Better Together and Carers Matter Norfolk free support group for carers at The Shoe Box Community Hub, 21-23 Castle Meadow, Norwich on Mondays, 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
The group is a safe place for you to meet others in a similar situation, relax and enjoy a cuppa. The group is led by what carers would like to do, may be your interested in information sessions to support you in your caring role or want to try a new activity – the group can make the decision.
