Do you have a young carer in your family that is helping to look after a parent, brother, sister or grandparent? Or are you a young adult carer? The Carers Trust are really keen to hear about the pressures young carers and young adult carers are facing in their caring role.

If they are aged under 25 years old, they can share their experiences and what support would help them in a short survey. All the information they share will be kept anonymous and they will have the option of being entered into a draw to win a £45 wellbeing box.

The findings of the survey will be published on Young Carers Action Day 2023 (March 15) and will help influence the government to give young carers and young adult carers the support they need.

The survey is live and will run up to 23:59 on Sunday 15 January 2023.
