Are you caring for someone with dementia, or involved in supporting people who care for someone with dementia? You may find a series of training videos produced by Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support helpful for you.

These have been designed primarily for the paid social care workforce, but they could also be very helpful for you if you also want to learn more about dementia. They also plan to produce a short video for carers will be released soon and added here.

There will eventually be 15 videos in total. The first five are:

  • Dementia, Delirium and Depression in Older People
  • Dementia, Hydration and Nutrition
  • Non-Pharmacological Psychosocial Interventions
  • Managing Distressed Behaviours
  • Pain and Dementia
