Revitalise Respite Holidays

Revitalise is a national charity providing respite short breaks in a holiday environment for disabled people and carers at three UK centres. Each centre provides 24-hour on-call nursing care and personal support, with a wide range of accessible excursions, activities and entertainments laid on.
