Active Communities for Everyone are offering a range of free classes and sports sessions to carers in Norfolk between the 23rd and 27th January 2023.
The sessions on offer at Victory Swim and Fitness, The Reef Leisure Centre, Fakenham Sports and Leisure Centre and North Walsham Sports Centre include;
- Virtual and instructor led Body Combat
- Social football
- Virtual Sh’bam (dance based class)
- Virtual Body Balance (Thai chi, yoga style class)
