Good news for people caring for someone living with arthritis, Arthritis Action are bringing back their face-to-face groups in Norwich.
These are free to attend and aimed at people living with arthritis or caring for those living with arthritis to get together, share tips tricks and experiences on how they can best manage their condition.
The group is held at The Charing Cross Centre in Norwich City Centre with the first one to be held on 26 April at 2pm.
