More than 70% of people who are, or have, looked after a family member or friend do not realise they are a carer. This can mean they are not aware of the support they are entitled to.

We have free posters and leaflets available that can let people know help is available to them from Carers Matter Norfolk. Do you know of someone or somewhere that could make use of these so more unpaid carers get the support they need? It could be a community noticeboard, GP’s surgery, school, employer, or anywhere else.

By heading to our resources page people can see the free resources available, how to request free copies, or download what they need to share digitally.

One leaflet or poster could mean the difference between a carer getting the support they need at an early stage, or them being in crisis.
