Carers Matter Norfolk is greatly saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. We appreciate all the tremendous work she has done and service she gave to our country over many years. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this time.

We will continue to be operating our support for carers due to the on-going needs of carers, and the people they care for.

The sad news of the passing of Her Majesty is affecting us all in different ways. This includes those of us who are carers, and who are cared for. As always, if your needs as a carer have changed remember you can contact us on 0800 083 1148 during our normal opening hours. Or email us at info@carersmatternorfolk.org.uk. Our office will be closed on Monday 19 September. Any carers with a meeting or call with one of our team scheduled for Monday 19 September will be contacted about this being rearranged.

If you require additional support with your mental health at this time, First Response is a 24/7 service for people in a mental health crisis. You can call First Response via 111 and press option 2.
