Royal Mail AppIf you are caring for someone or if you yourself have care needs this may mean at times you are not easily able to get to the door for a delivery.

You are now able to use the Royal Mail App to set your delivery requirements including about accessibility (you can also give a safe place for deliveries to be left). This will apply to the whole household and as they are part of the same group, Parcelforce Worldwide will also follow these instructions.

If you aren’t able to use the Royal Mail App, they can set an accessibility requirement on your behalf if you contact them.
