Since the COVID-19 pandemic, NHS services across the UK have had to care for large numbers of critically ill people infected with the virus. This has led to longer delays for people on waiting lists for hospital services, with five million people now waiting for treatment in England for the first time.
A local survey for the east of England has been launched to hear the public’s views on ways to address extended waiting list for operations caused by the pandemic.
The NHS in the east of England are are keen to get a diverse response to this survey

The survey will be open until 23 July 2021 and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and responses will be anonymous.. The results will help to inform local NHS strategy moving forward.
