The East of England Association of Directors of Social Services (ADASS) is inviting you to their free annual online carer’s event “Connection, Purpose and Meaning” on 6 December from 9.50am to 2.35pm.

The event will give you an opportunity to:

  • Hear what it’s like for carers, carer organisations and local authority commissioners across the East of England, including the success and challenges.
  • Hear from carers who are accessing care and support and their experience of caring for someone.
  • Learn about work undertaken by the ADASS East of England Carers Network and help influence and shape their work.
  • Hear about carers support work happening in local authorities and commissioners of adult social care.

You will also have a chance to take part in a live mindfulness session.
