Monument at Norfolk County and Hellesdon Library invite you and the family member or friend you care for to monthly support sessions at the library
You are welcome to go along and sit and chat and have a cuppa and take part in activities if you wish.
The Dementia Support Group takes place at Hellesdon Library, 10.30am – 12.30pm.
Friday 25th February – welcome activities – self portraits, poems, open conversations.
Friday 25th March – Spring begins – flower crafts and arranging.
Friday 29th April – Queen’s birthday – birthday party and bunting making. Refreshments provided.
Friday 27th May – World ‘Bee’ Day – rock painting for you take home and put in the garden.
Friday 24th June – Queen’s Platinum Jubilee afternoon tea.
