Our Advice Line will be closed over the Easter Bank Holiday (including being closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday).

If you need urgent and require immediate support for either yourself or the person you care for, you can contact Norfolk County Council Adult and Children’s Services on 0344 800 8020, or the Samaritans on 116 123.

If it is a medical or health concern, please call NHS Direct on 111.

You can also contact Norfolk and Suffolk NHS for mental health support on 0808 196 3494. This gives 24/7 availability for urgent mental health support for all ages.
