If you are caring for a family member or friend, like so many other people, you may be struggling with the rising cost of living, especially the rise in the price of food. Ask Lily, a service from the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, that helps adults develop friendships and engage in the local community, are running free ‘Food for Thought’ sessions at the London Road Methodist Church, King’s Lynn, starting on Wednesday 18th January, 9.30am – 11.30am.

There will be live cooking demonstrations from a professional chef from the College of West Anglia and a chance to exchange ideas on how to save money, embrace mealtimes and enjoy plenty of free tasters.

The weekly sessions run every Wednesday from the 18th January for 12 weeks, is open to everyone in the King’s Lynn and West Norfolk area.

You can pick and choose a session that interests you and there is no need to book in advance, just turn up.
