Wellbeing Norfolk and Waveney
provide a range of support for people with common mental health and emotional issues, such as low mood, depression or stress.

The Wellbeing Service offer help and support, they aim to reduce the onset of mental ill health, prevent deterioration and promote recovery by offering a range of flexible services tailored to meet your specific needs.

Their services, provided in community settings throughout the region, include a wide range of workshops and courses, talking therapies, including counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy.

Their social events which are varied and take place across different locations, are staffed by the Community Development Team who will be there to welcome you along, whether it’s your first time in joining them or you’re a regular.

They are looking forward to getting out and about in the Spring sunshine this May. The month also sees Mental Health Awareness Week running from the 9th – 15th which we’ll be marking with a week full of activities themed around #reachout.

The socials are open to everyone 16+ and there is no need to book, just turn up.
