Are you caring for a family member or friend? Would you like to learn new skills and improve your confidence by volunteering?

Carers Voice Norfolk and Waveney are working with DIAL, a local charity offering information and advice to disabled and vulnerable people and MESH, a neighbourhood programme in Gorleston, on offering carers and the people they care for a range of volunteering opportunities.

The volunteering will help you to gain:

MESH aims to assist local people to become more personally resilient and less reliant on services. They build upon a sense of community by supporting groups and activities.

They have a range of volunteering opportunities for carers including in their café and food shop and bicycle maintenance.

They also have activities for the person you care for whilst you volunteer.
