The seasonal flu vaccine is the best way to protect yourself and the person you care for from flu, and will prevent you being stopped from being able to care.
If you are the main carer for someone who is elderly or disabled, and they would be at risk if you were ill, speak to your GP or pharmacist about having a flu jab along with the person you care for.
