Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust are inviting carers to take part in a four-part pilot workshop this December and January. The workshop, developed with unpaid carers and people with lived experience of personality difficulties and/or a personality disorder, will bring people together to share skills and knowledge, and support one another.

The organisers would ideally like you attend all of the pilot workshop sessions, which will take place online via Zoom, one evening per week, for four weeks. Each session will last up to two and half hours.

The course content (still to be finalised), includes:

  • Supporting someone with difficult emotions
  • Looking after ourselves in the short-term and long-term.
  • What is recovery?
  • Reasons to hold the hope.
  • Signposting other support for carers.

If you are interested in taking part in the pilot workshop, email your name and email address to Anya.Jarvais@nsft.nhs.uk
