Norfolk and Waveney Mind are launching their new Nature Connect Project with a free online workshop – “Three Routes/Roots to Emotional Resilience – Skills, Relationships and Nature”.

The workshop, led by Chris Johnstone, one of the UK’s leading resilience specialists, takes place on Wednesday 9 March, 7pm – 9pm.

The workshop will give you learnable skills, proven strategies and simple practices to help you build emotional resilience when facing difficult times and situations. You will also learn how to connect with nature in ways that will nourish your mental health.

About the Nature Connect Project

The aim of the Nature Connect Project is to support people who are struggling with mild to moderate mental health symptoms to develop a relationship with nature to better their wellbeing.

The project is a partnership with Norfolk County-Council Library Service, The University of Derby and Norwich FarmShare and is funded by the Co-op Resilience Fund.
