You can show your appreciation by nominating them for a Patient Choice Award in the Recognition of Excellence and Achievement in Community Health Care (REACH) Awards 2022. You can nominate them by:

You will need to know the staff member’s name and what team they work on and give a brief explanation of why you think they’re amazing. Nominations close on Sunday 28 August 2022.
